Parker is a Houston native and a graduate of Sam Houston State University. For over 20 years Parker has been in the Customer Service industry helping facilitate needs of customers with respect and integrity.
He has used his love of training and accomplished people skills to a high degree of success in running multiple restaurants and spearheading a push for customer care in the industrial battery space, before getting his start in HVAC working as a Manufacturer’s Rep in 2020.
He has a strong motivation to teach and train customers on the merits of products while providing solid vendor support to distribution.
While not working he is an avid baseball fan and movie enthusiast. He resides in Northwest Houston with his wife, Koreena and his 3 children.
